If you're driving from any major city in the Central Development Region, head towards Kathmandu. Use the Prithvi Highway if you're coming from Pokhara or other western areas. Once you reach the outskirts of Kathmandu, follow the signs to Dilli Bazaar or Kamal Pokhari. Upon reaching Kamal Pokhari St, look for Russian House, which will be located on your right side. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, typically around NPR 50-100.

Buses frequently run from various parts of the Central Development Region to Kathmandu. Upon arriving in Kathmandu, disembark at the Ratna Park bus station. If walking, head towards Dilli Bazaar and continue to Kamal Pokhari St where Russian House is located.
