Getting There

    From Gorkha, head towards the Gorkha Durbar Square, a prominent landmark. From here, you will need to trek towards the town of Arughat. It's approximately 34 km away, and the trek usually takes around 7-8 hours. Follow the path that goes from Gorkha Durbar Square down into the valley, crossing rivers and passing through small villages. Make sure to carry enough water and snacks, as the journey can be strenuous.

    Once you reach Arughat, take a short rest. From Arughat, you will continue your trek towards Soti Khola, which is about 7 km away and typically takes 2-3 hours. The path is well-marked and follows the river. Be prepared for some steep sections, but the scenery is beautiful.
