If you are traveling by car, start from the central area of Gosaikunda. Head south towards the Gosaikunda road leading to the valley. Drive for approximately 7 kilometers until you reach the main highway. Take a left turn onto the highway heading towards Dhunche. Continue driving for about 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Dhunche. From Dhunche, follow the signs to Bhaktapur. It's approximately a 2-hour drive from Dhunche to Bhaktapur. Once you reach Bhaktapur, follow the signs to Durbar Square. The 55 Window Palace is located in the square. There may be parking available near Durbar Square, but be prepared for a parking fee, which can range from NPR 100-200 depending on the duration.

Public Transportation (Bus)
For public transportation, head to the bus station in Gosaikunda. Look for a bus heading to Dhunche. Buses typically leave every hour and the fare is around NPR 50-100. The journey will take about 30-45 minutes. Once in Dhunche, transfer to a bus heading to Bhaktapur. The fare will be around NPR 200-300 and takes approximately 2 hours. After arriving in Bhaktapur, you can easily find your way to Durbar Square by either walking (about 10-15 minutes) or taking a local taxi, which should cost around NPR 100-150. The 55 Window Palace is located within Durbar Square.
