Taxi or Private Vehicle
From your location in Gosaikunda, hire a taxi or use a private vehicle. Head southeast on the main road out of Gosaikunda. Continue on this road for approximately 2 km until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork, which leads you towards Suryakunda Path. After another 1 km, you will see signs directing you towards Ragatkunda. The journey should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic and road conditions.

Hiking
If you are feeling adventurous, you can hike to Ragatkunda from Gosaikunda. Start from the Gosaikunda lake area and head towards the northeast path. The hike will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow the signs along the trail, which will lead you through beautiful landscapes and provide stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Ensure you have proper footwear and sufficient water, as parts of the trail can be steep and rugged.

While there is no direct public bus service to Ragatkunda, you can take a local bus from Gosaikunda back to the main road. From there, you can catch a taxi to Suryakunda Path. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes, and the fare is usually around 50 NPR. Once you reach the main road, hire a taxi (costing around 300-400 NPR) to reach the final destination at Suryakunda Path.
