Getting there

Car

If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Pokhara, which is the nearest major city. Head west on the Prithvi Highway (also known as the Pokhara-Baglung Highway). After approximately 15 kilometers, take the exit towards Kaskikot. Follow the signs and drive for about 10 kilometers until you reach Kaskikot village. The palace is located a short distance from the village center, just follow the local signs.

Public Transportation (Bus)

From Pokhara, you can take a local bus heading towards Kaskikot. Buses leave from the Prithvi Chowk bus station. The fare is usually around 50 NPR (Nepalese Rupees) and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Kaskikot, ask locals for directions to Kaskikot Palace, which is a well-known landmark.

Walking

After arriving in Kaskikot by bus, it is recommended to walk the remaining distance to Kaskikot Palace. The palace is located approximately 1 kilometer from the bus stop. Follow the main road towards the village center, and then ask for directions to the palace. The walk offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

Taxi
