From the center of Kanchenjunga Base Camp, start by heading east towards the nearest path leading down to the main trail. Follow the trail for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction that leads to the village of Kapan. Continue on this trail, keeping an eye out for signs that indicate the direction to Budhanilkantha. The hike should take around 30-40 minutes. Upon reaching Budhanilkantha, look for Sagarmatha Chwok, where Pioneer Adventure Pvt. Ltd is located. The office is situated near the main intersection.
