If you are driving from the Thamel area in Kathmandu, start by heading south on the New Bus Park Road. Continue straight until you reach the Ring Road. Take a left turn onto the Ring Road. Follow the Ring Road for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the Patan area. Look for the signs directing you to Patan Durbar Square. Once you reach the square, Lohan Chowk is located within the courtyard of Patan Durbar Square. Parking options are available nearby, but may incur a fee.

From Thamel, walk to the nearest microbus station. You can take a microbus heading towards Lagankhel or Patan. The fare will be around NPR 30-50. Once you arrive at the Lagankhel bus stop, get off and head straight towards Patan Durbar Square. It’s a short 10-15 minute walk from Lagankhel. Lohan Chowk is located within the Patan Durbar Square complex.

You can easily hire a taxi from anywhere in Kathmandu. Tell the driver to take you to Patan Durbar Square, specifically to Lohan Chowk.
