If you are in Thamel, head east on the main road (Tridevi Marg) towards the Kathmandu Durbar Square. Once you reach the square, continue straight until you reach Bhaktapur Durbar Square Road. Take a left turn and walk for about 15 minutes. You will see Ratna Park on your right side, just off the main road.

From Thamel, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Take a bus headed to Ratna Park or Sundhara. The fare is very cheap (around 20 Nepalese Rupees). After about 15-20 minutes, get off at the Ratna Park bus stop. The park entrance will be a short walk from there.
