Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Lumbini Visitor Center, exit the center and head east along the main pathway. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Sacred Garden, which is about 1 kilometer away. Once you enter the Sacred Garden, keep following the main path that leads you past various temples and monuments. After about 500 meters, you will see a sign for LUMBINI POINT on your left. Follow the path to the left, and it will lead you directly to LUMBINI POINT, marked by its scenic view and photo opportunities.

  • Walking

    If you are at the Maya Devi Temple, exit the temple area and proceed south towards the main pathway that runs through the Sacred Garden. Walk along this path for about 800 meters, passing by the various monuments and gardens. Look for directional signs that indicate LUMBINI POINT. When you see the sign, take the left path that leads towards the point, and you will reach LUMBINI POINT in just a few minutes.

  • Bicycle

    For those renting a bicycle, start from your rental shop and head towards the main entrance of the Sacred Garden. Once inside, ride along the main path that leads through the garden. After around 1 kilometer, keep an eye out for the sign indicating LUMBINI POINT on your left. It’s a short detour, and biking to LUMBINI POINT will take about 10 minutes from the main path.
