From the center of Nagarkot, head down the main road towards the entrance of the village. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left path. After another 500 meters, you will find a series of signposts. Follow the signs for Kathmandu. As you approach the outskirts of Nagarkot, keep walking straight. You will eventually reach a bus stop where local buses to Kathmandu frequently depart.

Once you arrive at the bus stop in Nagarkot, look for buses that have 'Kathmandu' written on the front. The buses run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. Board the bus, and make sure to have a small amount of local currency for the fare, which is usually around 100 NPR. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 hours, and you will be dropped off at the bus park in Kathmandu. From there, you can take a taxi or continue your journey on foot to reach the Boudhha area.
