Walking
Start at the main square of Nagarkot, where you can find local shops and eateries. Head down the main road towards the east, following the signs toward Bhaktapur. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path, which is the more scenic route. Continue walking for about 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Nagarkot Park. From here, you'll enjoy a beautiful view of the valley. After about 15 minutes of walking through the park, you will arrive at a viewpoint. This is a great spot to rest and take photos. Continue along the path leading east, which will eventually take you to the outskirts of Bhaktapur. The journey will take you roughly 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace. Once in Bhaktapur, follow the signs to MCFP+87C. The site is just a short walk from the main road.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Nagarkot. Start at the main square and take the main road heading east toward Bhaktapur. This route is relatively flat, making it suitable for cycling. After about 1 kilometer, you will come to a fork; take the left path towards Bhaktapur. Continue cycling for about 3 kilometers until you reach Nagarkot Park, where you can stop for a break and enjoy the view. After the park, continue on the same road for another 2 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Bhaktapur. Look for signs directing you to MCFP+87C, which is approximately a 10-minute bike ride from the main road.
