Walking
From your accommodation in Nagarkot, head towards the main road leading out of Nagarkot. Follow the signs towards Bhaktapur. After about a 30-minute walk downhill, you will reach the bus stop. Take a local bus heading to Kathmandu. The journey will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Kathmandu, ask the bus conductor to stop you at Thamel, which is a popular tourist area. After disembarking, walk along the main street of Thamel Marg. Nectar Spa is located on Thamel Marg, so keep an eye out for the spa about 5-10 minutes down the road.

From your location in Nagarkot, walk to the nearest bus stop. Catch a local bus heading towards Kathmandu. Make sure to confirm with the bus driver that it stops at Thamel. Once you arrive in Kathmandu, it will take about 1 to 1.5 hours. When you get off at Thamel, look for Thamel Marg and walk straight for about 5-10 minutes until you find Nectar Spa on your right.

For the adventurous, consider trekking from Nagarkot to Kathmandu. Begin your trek from Nagarkot by following the trails that lead down the hills. This option will take you several hours, approximately 4-6 hours, depending on your pace. Make sure to follow the signs that direct you towards Bhaktapur. Once you reach Bhaktapur, you can catch a local bus to Kathmandu. Get off in Thamel, and from there, walk along Thamel Marg for about 5-10 minutes to reach Nectar Spa.
