Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Nagarkot, head south towards the main road (Nagarkot to Kathmandu Road). Once you reach the main road, turn left and walk towards the village of Changu Narayan. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Keep walking straight until you see signs for Tokha. Follow these signs for about 5 kilometers until you reach Mahadevtar height. The Oriental Journeys will be located on your left.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Nagarkot. Start by heading south on the main road (Nagarkot to Kathmandu Road). After about 1 kilometer, you will come to a fork; take the right path towards Changu Narayan. Continue on this road for approximately 5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Tokha. Once you see Mahadevtar height, park your bicycle nearby and walk to Oriental Journeys which will be on your left.

  • Hiking

    If you enjoy hiking, you can take a scenic route from Nagarkot. Start by heading southwest from Nagarkot, following the foot trails towards the hills. After about 2 kilometers, you will connect with the main road (Nagarkot to Kathmandu Road). Here, turn left and continue walking for another 5 kilometers until you reach Tokha. Look for Mahadevtar height along the road, where you will find Oriental Journeys.
