Getting There

Walking
From the center of Nagarkot, head south towards the main road (Nagarkot - Bhaktapur Road). Follow this road downhill for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Prithvi Highway. Turn left at the intersection and continue walking for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the town of Bhaktapur. From Bhaktapur, you can catch a local bus or taxi to Kathmandu.

Bus
Take a local bus from Nagarkot to Bhaktapur. The buses usually wait until they are full, so you may have to wait a bit. Once you arrive in Bhaktapur, transfer to a bus heading to Kathmandu. The bus will drop you off near the center of Kathmandu, from where you can navigate to Paknajol Marg, either by walking or taking a short taxi ride.

Hiking
For the adventurous, you can hike from Nagarkot to Kathmandu. Starting from the main viewpoint, follow the trails that lead you down towards the valley. This scenic route can take you through several villages. It is a long hike of approximately 15-20 kilometers, so be prepared with water and snacks. Upon reaching the valley, make your way towards Bhaktapur and catch a bus to Kathmandu.
