    From your accommodation in Nagarkot, head towards the main road leading out of town. Once you reach the main road, look for signs indicating the direction to Bhaktapur. Walk along the main road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection where you can see a sign for Bhaktapur. Turn left at this intersection. Continue walking straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Bhaktapur. From there, follow the signs for Taumadhi Square, which is located in the heart of Bhaktapur. It should take around 1.5 to 2 hours of walking to reach Taumadhi Square.

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from your accommodation in Nagarkot and ride towards the main road leading out of town. Once you’re on the main road, follow the signs to Bhaktapur. You will be riding downhill for most of the way, so be cautious. After about 5 kilometers, you will reach the intersection to Bhaktapur. Turn left and continue straight for another 5 kilometers. You will eventually reach the outskirts of Bhaktapur; follow the signs to Taumadhi Square. The total biking distance is around 10 kilometers, and it should take about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your cycling speed.
