Walking
From the center of Namche Bazaar, head towards the main trail leading out of town. You will see signs directing you to Sagarmatha National Park. Follow the trail uphill, passing by shops and tea houses. The trail is well-marked, so you should not get lost. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park, where you will need to show your permits. Enjoy the stunning views along the way!
Hiking
If you are feeling adventurous, you can take a hiking route from Namche Bazaar to Sagarmatha National Park. Start from the main square in Namche, then take the path leading towards the Everest View Hotel. From there, continue on the trail along the ridge. This route is longer, approximately 1.5 hours, but offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Make sure to carry enough water and snacks for the hike!
