Getting There

Walking
Start at the Patan Durbar Square. From the square, head south towards the main road, known as 'Patan - Lalitpur Road'. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with 'Gwarko Road'. At this intersection, turn right onto Gwarko Road. Walk along Gwarko Road for approximately 800 meters, passing local shops and eateries. You will come across a small lane on your left; take this lane. After about 200 meters, you will see Tyagaa Hiti (Tyagal Dhungedhara) on your right. It is marked by a distinctive water spout and a small square.

If you are starting from the Golden Temple (Hiranya Varna Mahavihar), exit the temple and turn left onto the main road (Patan - Lalitpur Road). Walk straight for about 300 meters until you reach the junction with Gwarko Road. Turn left onto Gwarko Road and continue for about 600 meters. Look for the small lane on your right leading to Tyagaa Hiti after walking about 200 meters down Gwarko Road. The location will be on your right side.
