Car
If you are driving to Pokhara, you will typically take the Prithvi Highway (Highway 1) from Kathmandu. The drive is approximately 200 km and takes around 6-8 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Once you reach Pokhara, head towards the Lakeside area, which is the main tourist hub. For specific navigation, use a GPS or map application to guide you to the address: 6WVX+HFC, Pokhara 33700.
Public Bus
To travel to Pokhara by public bus from Kathmandu, head to the Kantipath bus station where several companies operate daily services to Pokhara. The journey takes about 7-8 hours, with costs ranging from NPR 800 to NPR 1500 depending on the bus type (local or tourist). Buses typically leave in the morning and early afternoon. Upon arrival at the bus station in Pokhara, take a taxi or local transport to reach 6WVX+HFC, Pokhara 33700.
Taxi
If you are already in Pokhara Valley and need to reach the location at 6WVX+HFC, you can easily hire a taxi. Taxis are readily available in the Lakeside area. The fare will depend on your starting point, but a typical cost from Lakeside to Sarangkot (near the address) is around NPR 300 to NPR 700. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.
Motorcycle Rental
For a more adventurous option, consider renting a motorcycle in Pokhara. Several rental shops in the Lakeside area offer bikes for NPR 1000 to NPR 2000 per day. From Lakeside, you can ride towards Sarangkot. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Follow the signs towards Sarangkot, and use a map application for precise directions to 6WVX+HFC.
Walking
If you are staying in Lakeside and are in decent physical shape, you can walk to Sarangkot. The hike will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Start from Lakeside, head towards the main road and follow signs to Sarangkot. The views along the way are beautiful, but be prepared for some steep sections. This is a great way to experience the local scenery.
