Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Pokhara, head towards the Prithvi Highway. You will take the route towards Pumdikot. The drive is around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. The taxi will drop you off at the nearest accessible point to the Pumdikot Religious Area, from where you may need to walk a short distance to reach the site.

  If you're nearby, walking can be a great way to reach Pumdikot. From the lakeside area in Pokhara, it's about a 1.5 to 2-hour hike uphill. The trail is well-marked but can be steep in sections. Ensure you have comfortable shoes and plenty of water. The views along the way are stunning, making it a worthwhile journey.
