Getting There

Walking
Start from Lakeside, a popular area in Pokhara. Head towards the main road (Mahendra Pul) and turn right. Walk along the road until you reach the Prithvi Highway. Continue walking straight until you arrive at the Lakeside Bus Park. From the Bus Park, take the path leading to the Sarangkot viewpoint. Follow the signs for Sarangkot, which is approximately 8 km away. The trail is well-marked and will take you through beautiful landscapes. It will take about 2-3 hours to reach the Pokhara Valley View Point.

For those looking for a more adventurous route, start your hike from the base of Sarangkot. From Lakeside, take the local path to the Sarangkot viewpoint. Once you reach the top, you will see signs directing you to the Pokhara Valley View Point. This route is steeper and more challenging but offers stunning views along the way. The hike will take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace.
