Getting There

Car
If you are driving, start your journey from Biratnagar, which is well connected by road. Take the Biratnagar-Dharan road (also known as the Dharan-Biratnagar Highway). Drive approximately 10 km until you reach Dharan. Once in Dharan, follow the signs to Rajmarga. Continue on Rajmarga for about 5 km until you reach the area near V8GJ+WRQ. Look for signs directing you to Namaste Jharana. Note that parking is available near the entrance, but it may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation
From Biratnagar, take a local bus or a microbus to Dharan, which costs around NPR 50-100 depending on the vehicle. The journey takes about 30-45 minutes. Upon reaching Dharan, you can either take a taxi for about NPR 300-500 to reach Namaste Jharana or walk towards the Rajmarga area for approximately 30 minutes. Ensure you ask locals for directions if you choose to walk.

If you prefer to take a taxi directly from Biratnagar, you can hire one which should cost you around NPR 2000-2500. The drive will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

Please note that there is an entrance fee for visiting Namaste Jharana. As per local guidelines, the fee is NPR 40 for Nepali citizens and NPR 80 for foreign tourists. This fee contributes to the maintenance of the area and is collected at the entrance.
