Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Janakpur, the capital of Province No. 2. Head southwest on the Mahendra Highway (H1) for approximately 130 kilometers until you reach the town of Jharuwarasi. From Jharuwarasi, take the Santaneswar Mahadev Marga road, which will lead you directly to THE HEAVEN FALLS. The entire journey should take around 3-4 hours depending on traffic conditions.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Janakpur to Jharuwarasi. Buses depart regularly throughout the day from the Janakpur Bus Station. The fare is usually around NPR 200-300 and the journey takes approximately 3-4 hours. Once you arrive in Jharuwarasi, you can hire a local taxi or use a motorbike taxi (often found near the bus station) to reach THE HEAVEN FALLS. This last leg of the journey should cost around NPR 300-500 and take about 15-20 minutes.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and are already in Jharuwarasi, you can walk to THE HEAVEN FALLS. From the center of Jharuwarasi, head southwest towards Santaneswar Mahadev Marga. The falls are approximately 4 kilometers away, which should take about 45-60 minutes on foot. Be prepared with comfortable walking shoes and water.
