After reaching Shigatse, continue driving to the Rolwaling Valley road, which will lead you to the village of Beding. The road can be rough, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. From Beding, follow the trail towards Mingpo, which is a short trek of about 1-2 hours.

To reach Mingpo via public transport, take a local bus from Kathmandu to Dolakha. This journey typically takes around 8-10 hours. Once in Dolakha, you can catch a local jeep or bus to Shigatse, which takes about 2 hours. From Shigatse, you will need to hire a local guide or a jeep to take you to Beding. After reaching Beding, you can either trek for approximately 1-2 hours to reach Mingpo or hire a local horse for quicker travel.
