Car
If you have access to a car, you can drive from Jomsom towards Muktinath. Follow the main road (also known as the Jomsom-Muktinath Road) for approximately 20 kilometers. The road is well-marked, but be prepared for some rough patches along the way. Look for signs directing you to the Guru Rinpoche View Point. Once you reach the vicinity of Muktinath, keep an eye out for RV77+F2G, where the viewpoint is located. Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a local bus from Jomsom to Muktinath. Buses depart regularly from Jomsom to Muktinath and the journey takes about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on road conditions. Once you arrive in Muktinath, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to take you to the Guru Rinpoche View Point located at RV77+F2G. The taxi ride will take around 10-15 minutes and should cost approximately NPR 300-500.
Hiking
If you're feeling adventurous, you can also hike from Muktinath to the Guru Rinpoche View Point. The hike is approximately 3 kilometers and takes about 1 hour. Follow the paths leading from the main area of Muktinath, and keep an eye out for trail markers.
