From Tilicho Lake, you will need to head back towards the nearest major road. If you have access to a private car, take the trail leading south from Tilicho Lake until you reach the main trail. This will eventually connect with the road leading back to Beshisahar. The drive from Tilicho Lake back to Beshisahar takes approximately 6-8 hours depending on road conditions. Once in Beshisahar, continue driving towards Karuwa Village which is approximately a 5-hour drive away. Follow the signs to Karuwa, keeping an eye on the GPS for accurate navigation.
