Turn right onto Langestraat and continue walking until you reach the historic city center. Once you are in the city center, follow the signs pointing towards the 'Kromme Gracht'. Walk along the canal until you reach the intersection with Oudegracht. From there, continue straight until you see the signs for 'Oude Braak'.
