Getting There

Walking
If you are in the city center of Amersfoort, make your way to the Central Station (Centraal Station). From there, exit the station and head towards the main street, Stationsplein. Proceed straight until you reach the intersection with Bisschopsweg. Turn left onto Bisschopsweg and continue walking until you see a bus stop named 'Busstation Amersfoort'. From there, take bus line 3 towards 'Zandfoort'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Amersfoort, Wilhelminapark'. Once you get off, walk straight ahead to the park entrance and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you make your way to the exit. After exiting the park, head left towards the road called 'Leusderweg'. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with 'Achter de Kamp'. Turn right here, and continue straight. You will eventually see signs for the train station where you can catch a train to Amsterdam. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the Damrak street. Continue walking straight until you reach Rokin street. The Amsterdam Dungeon will be on your left at Rokin 78.

Public Transport
From Amersfoort Central Station, purchase a ticket for a train heading to Amsterdam Central Station. Trains to Amsterdam run frequently, usually every 15-30 minutes. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, follow the signs to the exit and head towards Damrak. Walk straight along Damrak until you reach Rokin street, where you will find the Amsterdam Dungeon located at Rokin 78 on your left side.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Amersfoort. Start from the city center and follow the cycling path towards the train station. From there, take the designated cycling routes to Amsterdam. The cycling distance is approximately 40 km, and it may take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your speed. Upon arriving in Amsterdam, navigate towards the city center, and follow the signs to Rokin street. The Amsterdam Dungeon is located at Rokin 78.
