If you're near Dam Square, head southeast on Damstraat towards Rokin. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach Kalverstraat. Turn left onto Kalverstraat and walk about 600 meters. The Amsterdam Gallery will be on your left at Kalverstraat 92, in the Amsterdam Museum Building.

From Amsterdam Central Station, take tram line 2 or 12. Get off at the 'Spui' stop. From there, walk about 300 meters south along Spui street until you reach the intersection with Kalverstraat. Turn left onto Kalverstraat and walk about 200 meters. The Amsterdam Gallery will be on your right at Kalverstraat 92, in the Amsterdam Museum Building.

If you have a bike, start from the Rijksmuseum. Head northeast on Museumplein, then turn left onto Van Baerlestraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Leidsestraat. Turn right onto Leidsestraat and continue until you reach the intersection with Kalverstraat. Turn left onto Kalverstraat and bike about 1.5 kilometers. The Amsterdam Gallery will be on your right at Kalverstraat 92, in the Amsterdam Museum Building.
