    From the center of Amersfoort, head towards the Amersfoort train station. Exit the station and walk straight down Stationsplein. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Westsingel. Turn right onto Westsingel and walk until you reach the intersection with Utrechtseweg. Continue walking straight; this will lead you into the heart of Amsterdam. Once you arrive in Amsterdam, you can easily find the Singel canal by following the signs to Amsterdam-Centrum.
