Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in Dam Square, head south on Damstraat toward the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal. Continue onto the Kalverstraat, a popular shopping street. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the intersection with the Oudebrugsteeg. Turn left onto Oudebrugsteeg, and then take your first right onto Oudezijds Achterburgwal. Bananenbar Amsterdam, located at number 37, will be on your left.

• Tram

  From Amsterdam Central Station, board tram line 4, 14, or 24 and travel to the 'Dam' stop. Once you disembark, walk south on Damstraat toward the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal, then follow the directions as provided for walking from Dam Square. Bananenbar Amsterdam is located at Oudezijds Achterburgwal 37, which will be on your left.

• Metro

  Take Metro line 52 (North-South line) from any station towards Zuid. Get off at the 'Rokin' station. From there, exit the station and walk north on Rokin street until you reach the Dam Square. Follow the directions as provided for walking from Dam Square to Bananenbar Amsterdam, located at Oudezijds Achterburgwal 37.

• Bike

  If you are renting a bike, head towards the city center. From Leidseplein, cycle east on the Leidsestraat, which will turn into the Reguliersdwarsstraat. Continue straight until you reach the Amstel River. Turn right onto the Amstel and then another right onto the Oudezijds Achterburgwal. Bananenbar Amsterdam is located at number 37 on your right.
