Get off at the 'Haarlemmerweg' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight ahead on Haarlemmerweg. At the intersection, turn left onto 'Pazzanistraat'. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach Fabrique des Lumières at Pazzanistraat 37.
