Walking
If you are in the city center, make your way to the famous Dam Square. From there, head south on Damstraat towards Rokin. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Spui. Turn left onto the Spui and walk straight. You will pass the Literaturhuis on your right. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with the Prinsengracht canal. Turn right onto Prinsengracht. After a short walk, you will find the Houseboat Museum at Prinsengracht 296K on your left. Look for the sign above the entrance.
Tram
Find the nearest tram stop, either at Dam Square or Rokin. Take tram number 1, 2, or 5 towards the direction of the Leidseplein. Get off at the stop 'Prinsengracht' (you'll see the canal). Once you disembark, walk along the canal to your left, and the Houseboat Museum will be located at Prinsengracht 296K on your right after a short stroll.
Bicycle
If you are comfortable on a bicycle, rent one from any nearby bike rental shop. Head towards the city center and follow the signs for the Prinsengracht Canal. Cycle along the canal, enjoying the view, and keep an eye out for the Houseboat Museum at Prinsengracht 296K, located on your left side as you approach the area.
Bus
Locate the nearest bus stop in the city center. Take bus number 21 towards 'Zuid' and get off at the stop 'Weteringcircuit.' From there, walk straight down Weteringschans until you reach the intersection with Prinsengracht. Turn left onto Prinsengracht, and the Houseboat Museum will be on your right at number 296K.
