    If you are in the city center (Dam Square), head southwest towards the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Spui. Cross the Spui and continue onto the Herenstraat. Follow Herenstraat until you reach the junction with the Prinsengracht canal, then turn right.
