Walking
If you're at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head towards the front square. Look for the signs directing you to Damrak, the main street leading into the city. Walk straight down Damrak until you reach Dam Square. From there, take the exit towards the Kalverstraat shopping street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Spui. Turn right onto Spui and walk until you reach the next intersection with Herengracht. Turn left onto Herengracht and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach number 170, which is Museumhuis Bartolotti.

From Amsterdam Central Station, take tram line 4, 14, or 24 in the direction of 'Zuid'. Get off at the 'Spui' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight ahead towards the Spui square. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Herengracht. Turn left onto Herengracht and walk for about 5 minutes. Museumhuis Bartolotti will be on your right at number 170.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the city center and head towards the Herengracht canal. Follow the canal path until you reach number 170.
