Once you arrive at Zaandam Station, exit the station and head towards the main street, which is the Stationsplein. Follow the signs for bus stops or the tram. You can take bus 391 towards Zaanse Schans, which will take you directly to your destination.

If you are near the Dam Square, walk to the bus stop at Westermarkt and take bus 391 towards Zaanse Schans. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Make sure to get off at the Zaanse Schans stop, which is very close to the Wooden Shoe Workshop.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from various locations in Amsterdam. Head north from the city center and follow the signs towards Zaanse Schans. The route is approximately 20 kilometers and will take about an hour. Once you reach Zaanse Schans, follow the signs to Kraaienest 4 where the Wooden Shoe Workshop is located.
