From Amsterdam Centraal Station, take a train towards Uitgeest or Alkmaar. You can buy tickets at the station or use the NS app. The journey takes about 17 minutes. Get off at Koog-Zaandijk station.

After arriving at Koog-Zaandijk station, exit the station and head to the bus stop right outside. Take bus number 391 towards Zaanse Schans. The bus ride lasts about 10 minutes.

Once you get off the bus at the Zaanse Schans stop, follow the signs towards Zaanse Schans open-air museum. The Wooden Shoe Workshop is located at Kraaienest 4, which is a short walk away (approximately 5-10 minutes).
