Walking
If you are in the De Wallen area, head towards Oudekerksplein. Look for the prominent square where the Oude Kerk is located. From the Red Light District, you can walk by heading northeast on Warmoestraat, then take a right onto Oudekerksplein. The Oude Kerk will be right in front of you at Oudekerksplein 23.

Although Oude Kerk is very close and easily reachable by walking, if you are further away, you can take tram line 4, 14, or 24 to the 'Dam' stop. From there, it is a 10-minute walk. Exit the tram and head southeast towards the Dam Square, then follow the signs to the Red Light District, which will lead you to Oudekerksplein.
