From Arnhem Central Station, take bus line 105 towards Apeldoorn. The bus departs every 30 minutes. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the 'Apeldoorn, Het Loo' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk back towards the main road, and you will see the entrance to Het Oude Loo, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
