Public Transport
From Delft train station, take a train towards Haarlem. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Haarlem station, transfer to a bus heading to Bloemendaal. You can take bus line 81 or 74 which run frequently. Get off at the 'Bloemendaal, Zeeweg' stop, which is close to the beach. From the bus stop, it is a 10-minute walk to Beach Bloemendaal. Just follow the signs towards the beach.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Delft. Head towards the eastern part of the city, following the signs for the bike paths. You can follow the route through Delft to the north towards the beach, which is about a 16 km ride. You will pass through scenic areas and arrive at Beach Bloemendaal. Once you reach the beach area, park your bicycle at the designated parking spots.
Walking
While walking directly to Beach Bloemendaal from Delft is quite a distance (approximately 16 km), you can walk to the nearest train station, Delft. From there, take a train to Haarlem and then follow the public transport instructions given above. Alternatively, if you are up for a long walk, take the scenic route along the canals and parks, heading north towards Bloemendaal, but this will take several hours.
