From the Delft city center, head east towards the Markt square. Once you reach the square, look for the main road called 'Oude Delft'. Walk straight along Oude Delft until you reach the train station, 'Delft Station'. Once at the station, take a train towards The Hague (Den Haag) which is a short ride away (approximately 15 minutes). Disembark at 'Den Haag Centraal' station. From there, exit the station and head southwest towards 'Korte Vijverberg'. Walk down 'Korte Vijverberg' until you reach number 7, which is The Hague's Historic Museum.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Delft. Start by cycling from the city center towards the train station, 'Delft Station'. Once there, take the bike path leading to The Hague. The ride will take you approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving in The Hague, continue to 'Korte Vijverberg'. You can park your bike near the museum entrance.
