Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Ruinen from your current location in Drenthe. Use the A28 motorway and take exit 26 towards Ruinen. Follow the N371 road and continue straight until you reach Postweg. Turn left onto Postweg, and Bird Park Ruinen will be on your right at Postweg 3, 7963 PD Ruinen. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transportation
To reach Bird Park Ruinen using public transportation, take a train to the nearest train station, which is 'Hoogeveen' or 'Meppel'. From there, you can take bus line 22 towards Ruinen. Get off at the 'Ruinen, Postweg' stop, which is a short walk from the park. After exiting the bus, walk along Postweg, and Bird Park Ruinen will be on your left. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings.
Walking from Bus Stop
If you arrive at the 'Ruinen, Postweg' bus stop, walk west along Postweg for about 500 meters. Bird Park Ruinen will be located on your right-hand side at Postweg 3. The walk should take approximately 6 minutes.
