Car
If you're traveling by car from Egmond aan Zee, start by heading southeast on the N512 towards Alkmaar. Continue on the N512 until you reach the A9 motorway. Merge onto the A9 towards Amsterdam. After about 35 kilometers, take exit 2 towards Amsterdam-Centrum. Follow the signs for S100 and continue onto the S100. After about 5 kilometers, turn left onto Funenkade. Brouwerij 't IJ will be on your left at Funenkade 7, 1018 AL Amsterdam. Note that parking in Amsterdam can be expensive, and you may need to find a parking garage or street parking nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach Brouwerij 't IJ using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Egmond aan Zee to Alkmaar. Bus lines 167 or 166 will take you to Alkmaar Station. From Alkmaar, take a train to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal, exit the station and head to the tram stop outside the station. Take tram line 26 towards 'Amsterdam, Centraal Station' and get off at the 'Amsterdam, Artis' stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Brouwerij 't IJ. Head southeast on Plantage Kerklaan, turn right onto Sarphatistraat, and then left onto Funenkade. The brewery will be on your right at Funenkade 7, 1018 AL Amsterdam. Make sure to check the NS (Dutch Railways) website or app for current train schedules and ticket prices.
