Public Transport
From Haarlem, head to Haarlem Station (Haarlem Centraal). Take a train towards Amsterdam Sloterdijk. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Sloterdijk, transfer to the train towards Amsterdam Centraal. After a few minutes, you will reach Amsterdam Centraal Station. From there, exit the station and walk to the bus terminal outside the station. Take bus line 35 towards Amsterdam-Noord. Get off at the stop called 'Buiksloterweg'. From there, you can take the free ferry across the IJ river to Overhoeksplein. A'DAM Lookout is a short walk from the ferry terminal.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Haarlem. Head towards the North via the Haarlemmerweg (N200) which takes you directly to Amsterdam. Follow the signs for Amsterdam-Noord. Once you arrive at the IJ river, look for the ferry terminal where you can take the free ferry to Overhoeksplein. The A'DAM Lookout is just a short walk from the ferry terminal.
Walking
Walking is not a practical option from Haarlem to A'DAM Lookout due to the distance (approximately 20 km). However, if you find yourself closer to Amsterdam, you can walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station to the ferry terminal and take the free ferry to Overhoeksplein.
