Walking
If you are starting from the Haarlem Central Station, exit the station and head towards the main street, Stationsplein. Turn left onto Zijlweg and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Kruisweg. Continue straight onto Kruisweg, which will turn into Schagchelstraat. After about 10 minutes of walking, turn right onto Jansweg. Hofje van Staats will be on your right.

From the Grote Markt, where the St. Bavo Church is located, head south towards the canal. Turn left onto the canal and keep walking until you reach the end of the canal. Turn right onto Jansweg. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find Hofje van Staats on your left.

If you are at the Teylers Museum, exit the museum and turn left onto Spaarne. Walk along the river for a few minutes and cross the bridge. After crossing, turn left onto Zijlstraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jansweg. Turn right onto Jansweg, and Hofje van Staats will be on your left after a short walk.
