Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the IJ River. From there, you can take tram line 1, 2, or 5 to the Westermarkt stop. After getting off at Westermarkt, walk straight down the Prinsengracht for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Houseboat Museum at Prinsengracht 296K.
