If you are near Amsterdam Central Station, take tram line 13 or 17 towards the direction of 'Zuid' or 'Museumplein'. Get off at the 'Westermarkt' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk towards the Keizersgracht canal. Turn left onto Keizersgracht, and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach Keizersgracht 401.

If you are in the city center, the location at Keizersgracht 401 is easily accessible on foot. You can start from Dam Square and head southwest towards Rokin, which will turn into the Vijzelstraat. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Keizersgracht canal. Turn left onto Keizersgracht and walk for about 10 minutes until you see the address on your right.

From the Amsterdam Central Station, you can take bus line 21 towards 'Zuid'. Get off at the 'Muntplein' stop. From there, walk towards the Amstel river and follow the street until you reach the Keizersgracht canal. Turn right onto Keizersgracht and walk for about 7 minutes until you reach Keizersgracht 401.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a nearby rental shop. Head towards the Keizersgracht canal by following the bike paths. Once you reach Keizersgracht, turn left and cycle for about 10 minutes until you reach Keizersgracht 401. There are bike racks available for parking your bike.
