Walking
From the Haarlem train station, head northeast on Stationsplein toward Kruisweg. After about 200 meters, turn right onto Kruisweg and continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the center of Haarlem. Once you arrive at the Grote Markt (the main square), head towards the exit of the square and take the first left onto the Zijlstraat. Follow Zijlstraat until you reach the end, then turn left onto the Bakenessergracht. Continue straight onto the Nieuwe Gracht, then take the bus or train to Amsterdam. If you are already in Amsterdam, walk towards the Jewish Museum located at Nieuwe Amstelstraat 1, which is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest tram stop.
Public Transport
From Haarlem, take a train from Haarlem Station to Amsterdam Central Station. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head towards the tram stops. Take tram line 14 in the direction of the 'Zeeburg' and get off at the 'Artis' stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the Jewish Museum. Head southeast on Plantage Kerklaan, then turn left onto Nieuwe Amstelstraat. The museum will be on your right.
