Walking
If you are in the center of Haarlem, start at the Grote Markt, which is the main square. From there, head southeast towards the Spaarne River. Cross the river using the bridge at the Lange Veerstraat. After crossing the bridge, turn left onto the Spaarne and follow it until you reach the first intersection. Turn right onto the Zijlweg and walk straight until you reach the bus station, which is called Station Haarlem. Once at the bus station, you can take bus line 300 towards Amsterdam. It will take you directly to Amsterdam, and you will get off at the stop called 'Amsterdam, Dijksgracht'. From the bus stop, walk a short distance east on Dijksgracht, and you will find Mediamatic at Dijksgracht 6.
Train
Start at Haarlem's central train station (Haarlem Centraal). Purchase a ticket to Amsterdam Centraal station. Take the train towards Amsterdam; it usually departs every 15 minutes. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal, exit the station and head towards the east exit. From there, you can take tram line 26 towards 'Zuid' and get off at the 'Zuid' stop. Walk a short distance east on Dijksgracht, and you will find Mediamatic at Dijksgracht 6.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Haarlem. Start from the Grote Markt and head south towards the Spaarne River. Cross the river and continue onto the Zijlweg, cycling straight until you reach the bus station. From there, take the designated bike path heading towards Amsterdam. It's a scenic ride that takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Follow the signs to Dijksgracht, and you will arrive at Mediamatic at Dijksgracht 6.
