These buses will take you to the Sloterdijk station, where you can switch to a train heading to Amsterdam Centraal. If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Haarlem and take the direct route via the N208 road. Follow the signs towards Amsterdam, which will take you along a bike path. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal, take tram line 4 or 25 towards the direction of the 'Zuid' or 'Westerpark'. Get off at the 'Zevenlandenhuizen' stop. From there, walk back a few steps to the intersection and take a left onto Vijzelstraat. Continue walking straight, and you will see the Stadsarchief Amsterdam on your left.
