Walking
From Haarlem Central Station, exit the station and head southeast on the Stationsplein. Continue straight to follow the Spaarne River, which will be on your right. Walk along the river for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection of Spaarne and the Grote Markt. Here, turn right onto the Grote Markt and continue walking. You will see the beautiful St. Bavo's Church on your left. Walk past the church and continue on the Grote Markt until you see the signs for the bus or train station. At the station, take bus line 300 or train towards Amsterdam. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and walk towards Damrak street. Follow Damrak until you reach Dam Square. The New Church is located directly on Dam Square, right across from the Royal Palace.

From Haarlem, make your way to the Haarlem bus station located just outside the central train station. Board bus line 300 towards Amsterdam. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Amsterdam stop, disembark and walk towards Damrak street. Continue straight until you reach Dam Square. The New Church will be visible on your right side, situated on the square.
