From the center of Haarlem, head to the main train station, Haarlem Station. Exit the station and walk towards the main road, Kruisweg. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Ripperdapark on your left. Cross the park and head towards the bus stop located at the park's edge. Take bus line 300 towards Amsterdam. After about 30 minutes, disembark at the stop 'Zuidplein'. From there, head south on Zuidplein, which will lead you directly to Victorieplein. The destination will be on your right.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Haarlem. Once you have your bike, head south towards the Spaarne River. Follow the river road until you reach the junction with the N205. Turn left onto N205 and continue cycling for about 10 km. When you reach Amsterdam, follow the signs towards Amsterdam-Zuid. Victorieplein will be on your left. The ride should take approximately 30-40 minutes.
